Membership Benefits
PETCO P.A.L.S. members enjoy several exclusive benefits. PETCO P.A.L.S. cards may be used to receive discounts specifically marked on a variety of products throughout our retail stores. We typically have 200 to 300 different products specially discounted in-store for our P.A.L.S. members. Please check your local PETCO circular for sale items.
P.A.L.S. members may also participate in our frequent purchase rewards programs. If you participate in the Buy 10, Get 1 Bag Free Food Program, we keep track of your purchases and let you know how close you are to getting your Free Food coupon. After you have purchased 10 bags of the same brand and size premium dry dog or cat food within a 12-month period, we will mail your Free Food coupon to the address we have listed for your P.A.L.S. card. Similarly, our Buy 8, Get 1 Free Groom Program tracks your Full-Service Grooms or Baths. After 8 Full-Service Grooms or 8 Baths within 12 months, we'll mail you a Free Groom or Free Bath coupon.
Signing Up
Membership is easy and free! Fill out an application form the next time you visit a PETCO store. One of our friendly Store Associates will be happy to give you a P.A.L.S. card.
Rewards Programs
As a PETCO P.A.L.S. member, you are automatically registered in both of PETCO’s frequent purchase rewards programs when you purchase your first premium dry dog or cat food or first complete grooming service.
If you participate in the Buy 10, Get 1 Bag Free Food Program, we keep track of the purchases made with your PETCO P.A.L.S. card and let you know how close you are getting to your Free Food coupon. When you swipe your P.A.L.S. card or provide the phone number associated with your P.A.L.S card, your purchases are automatically accumulated. After you have purchased 10 bags of the same brand and size premium dry dog or cat food within a 12-month period, we will mail your Free Food coupon to the address we have listed for your P.A.L.S. card.

Updating Your Information

Replacement Cards
You can pick up a new set of cards from an Associate at the register the next time you visit your local PETCO store. As long as your address and last name match the information for your old card, your new card will automatically be linked to the old one. You will not lose credit for your prior purchases. Regrettably, we don’t have the ability to re-issue P.A.L.S. cards with the same number.
Obtaining Your Store Purchase History
PETCO cannot supply complete purchase history to its customers. However, to verify that a specific purchase was credited to your P.A.L.S. account, please contact Customer Relations.
PETCO.com Purchases
To receive credit for your online purchases, just as you receive credit for your in-store purchases:
- Enter your P.A.L.S. number at Checkout. The number is located on the back of your P.A.L.S. card or on your receipt. If you do not know your P.A.L.S. number, please contact Customer Relations at 888-824-PALS(7257).
- Click the Add button.
Sorry, if you use Google Checkout your purchase will not be credited to your P.A.L.S. account.
If you have placed an order with us in the past, the box will be filled in with the P.A.L.S. number you had previously entered. You may change this in the Shopping Cart or on the Review & Submit Order page if you'd prefer to have the purchase credited to another account. To receive credit for your purchase, you must click the "ADD" button.
NOTE: At this time, online food purchases do not count toward the FREE Food Program. You do not need to enter your P.A.L.S. number to receive the same discount that you would receive in the store. PETCO.com matches the hundreds of P.A.L.S. specials each month.
